What We’re Building
We are building a cold email infrastructure ecosystem built around sending.ac as the main monetization vehicle: enterprise-grade Azure infrastructure, automated DNS, 150 mailboxes per domain, fully isolated tenants. It's the most robust cold email infrastructure stack on the market, with the lowest risk exposure a client can get.
But the strategy goes further. We're building a suite of interconnected tools across the cold email infrastructure category, each one launched as a free product to get users in with low friction. They generate trust, authenticated users, and a pipeline of people who already believe in what we build before they spend a dollar.
The goal: become the dominant infrastructure layer for everyone who runs cold email at scale. The ecosystem is what makes that impossible to compete with. We cannot disclose the full product roadmap at this stage, but the picture becomes clear once you're inside.
The Revenue Engine You’ll Be Part Of
Our company operates three revenue-focused departments. As Revenue Trainee, you'll sit at the intersection of all 3 Revenue Departments.
| Department | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Visibility | Pure demand generation. No conversion pressure. .ac products everywhere: LinkedIn content, influencers, reddit, youtube. By the time someone enters our funnel, they've already seen us dozens of times. |
| Activation | Demand capture without human touchpoints. Cold email, outbound, LinkedIn outreach, multi-channel sequencing, retargeting, and PCV funnels that convert free users to paying customers. The goal: 1 action in, 67 outcomes out. |
| Revenue Relations | SLG fallback. High-intent prospects who need a human touch to close. Deliverability Advisors own the full user lifecycle and are measured on revenue under management. |
Visibility and Activation are PLG (Product Led Growth). Revenue Relations is SLG (Sales Led Growth). Together they create a compounding loop that no single-product company can replicate.
Understanding the Revenue Relations Department
This section matters. Read it carefully. It defines what you’re joining and what you’re building toward.
What a Deliverability Advisor (DA) Is
The DA is the account-level revenue owner with deliverability expertise. He sits at the intersection of sales, support, customer success, and revenue operations.
One account. One owner. One person accountable for revenue outcomes over time.
This is not a service function. It is an ownership function.
The DA owns three outcomes:
- Adding revenue — close the initial sale
- Increasing revenue — expand, upsell, protect AOV
- Keeping revenue — retain, save, or deliberately let go
The DA is not a seller, not a generic CSM, not a support agent, and not a consultant. He doesn’t advise from the sideline. He owns the revenue outcome.
Why the DAa Role Existed
To protect the DA's time, we had created the Deliverability Advisor Associate (DAa): an operational layer underneath the DA handling support queue clearing and routine customer communications.
The logic: if the DA only touches revenue activities, the job of the DAa was to keep his back free from interactions that are not high stakes interactions.
The DAa worked. But it was scoped exclusively to Revenue Relations, which created a ceiling. In practice, our revenue engine needs execution support across all three departments: Visibility, Activation, and Revenue Relations.
And people joining at this level benefit from seeing the full picture before locking into one lane.
So we made the choice to split it into multiple roles
Instead of one narrow execution role under one department, we now have three specialization tracks available to every Revenue Trainee.
You come in as a generalist, learn how things work across all three departments, and specialize into the track where you create the most leverage.
The New Model: Three Specialization Tracks
We have replaced the single DAa role with three distinct specialization paths. Every Revenue Trainee starts as a generalist across all three departments.
Over time: based on your outputs, instincts, and performance, you specialize into one.
| Track | Code | Department | What It Means |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth Associate | GA | Visibility + Activation | PLG execution. LinkedIn commenting, inbox management (LinkedIn DM + cold email campaigns), campaign support, Reddit engagement. The daily output engine behind demand generation and demand capture. |
| Revenue Associate | RA | Revenue Relations | SLG support. Right hand to the DA. High-stakes customer communications, reply drafting. You protect the DA's time and expand your scope as you earn trust. |
| Success Associate | SA | Revenue Relations (User Ops) | Retention and LTV. Customer onboarding support, customer documentation, handling the operational interactions that keep users alive and inside the ecosystem. |
You don't choose your track on day one. You earn it. By the end of your training phase, your outputs and instincts will make it obvious - to you and to us - where you create the most leverage.
Your Involvements as Revenue Trainee
Growth Associate track
VISIBILITY: Daily LinkedIn commenting (2-3 hours/day)
Using a next-gen SaaS tool, you'll execute a LinkedIn commenting strategy that operates at a level most people in this industry don't know exists - precision-engineered, running daily across a curated engagement list, turning comments into a compounding presence that makes DM conversations (and other activation touchpoints) feel warm before they start.
VISIBILITY: Reddit community engagement
The same presence logic that drives our LinkedIn strategy extends to Reddit. You'll engage authentically in communities where cold email practitioners make infrastructure decisions. This will not only make us rank in Search Engines but also in LLMs.
ACTIVATION: LinkedIn outreach inbox management
Operate alongside semi-automated LinkedIn outreach sequences. Own every reply that comes in: you know when to follow the sequence and when to go off-script to keep a conversation alive. The goal is booked calls, not replied messages. You track DMs sent and follow-ups executed daily.
ACTIVATION: Cold email inbox management (Plusvibe)
Manage inbound replies from cold email sequences across campaigns. Respond in under 1 hour of the reply coming in, follow proven reply templates that help you book calls directly. Volume will be high: Reply speed matters. Nothing should sit unanswered.
ACTIVATION: Conversation nurturing
You don't just respond, you advance. Every conversation has a next step and you own getting it there. Stalled threads get re-engaged. Interested prospects get moved to a call.
ACTIVATION: Call booking
Every outreach function above converges on one output: qualified calls on the calendar. You track your own conversion rates from outreach to reply to meeting and you know exactly where drop-off happens.
Success Associate track
User Ops and support queue
Own the day-to-day interactions that keep customers inside the ecosystem: support queries, order fulfillment, status updates, and routine support communications.
Chat-based user onboarding
Guide new users through setup and early questions via chat. You are the first human touchpoint many customers experience: your job is to make the product feel handled and the relationship feel safe and supported.
DA time for revenue protection
Customers will have questions about our product, deliverability, and more. By handling this, you absorb everything that would otherwise pull the DA away from adding, increasing, or keeping revenue.
Revenue Associate track
DA time for revenue multiplication
You are the DA's right hand. Handle high-stakes inbox replies, draft responses the DA would send himself. You multiply everything that the DA can do towards adding, increasing, or keeping revenue. Your scope expands as you earn trust.
Queue and pipeline management
Keep the operational layer moving: status updates, customer follow-ups, and routine client communications. Every loop closed without reminders. Every submission is double-checked before it goes out.
Across All Tracks
CRM hygiene
Every interaction logged. Every stage is updated. Every contact record is accurate. The CRM is the operational memory of the company - you treat it like infrastructure, not an afterthought. Bad data costs everyone downstream.
Be accountable to your numbers
This role is fully output-tracked. Daily: DMs sent, follow-ups executed, calls booked, comments made, tickets resolved. There is no ambiguity about whether you're performing. The numbers tell the story and you own them. We're looking for someone who finds that motivating, not threatening - someone who shows up because they own the outcome, not the hours.
Find your specialization
Growth Associate. Revenue Associate. Success Associate. By the time your training phase ends, it will be clear - from your outputs and your instincts - where you belong. That is where the real career trajectory begins, including the compensation and potential equity conversation that comes with it.
Our 1:67 Philosophy
Most companies work at 1:3. You put in $1 of time, budget, or attention and get $3 back. That’s also the ceiling. We build everything around 1:67.
This applies to time, attention, budget, and processes across every department. If you’re not thinking in leverage, you’re thinking too small for this role.
The Team You’re Joining
No HR department. No internal politics. Everyone here voluntarily took below-market compensation to be part of the grind. The team is 15 people and growing rapidly. Our standard is high and accountability is built into how we operate.
You will be pushed to outgrow every ceiling you’ve hit before.
The people here don’t want a comfortable job. They want the fastest path to becoming the best version of themselves.
If that’s you, this is the right environment for it.
The Deal
This company doesn’t do win-lose, ever. Every deal we structure is designed to make your win scale with the company’s win.
The bigger the outcome you drive, the bigger the outcome you receive. The base is competitive for the right person. Compensation details are discussed with qualified candidates only.
On Equity: We are targeting a $100M to $250M exit within 3 years. The product, the strategy, and the market make it a credible target.
Equity conversations exist here, but equity is not given freely and it is not a signing incentive. We give equity only to people who drive asymmetric outcomes and live the 1:67 philosophy in everything they do.
The size of the equity conversation is a direct function of the value you create. For the person who earns it, the upside is genuinely life-changing.
